Average stay. Some issues need attention

broken window lock noisy doors

The shared balcony was not ideal (it seemed like trespassing). i had to climb over a bed to get to it. The window lock was broken. also, noise was a problem. Other guests slammed doors late at night and early in the morning.

charming stay near the sea

The room was better than expected. It was a double or twin room. location is near the beach and the staff kindly locked my bicycle in a storage room for safekeeping. i found the location amazing with easy access to everything i wanted to see. cleaners came daily to change bedding and give fresh towels. staff were very nice!!!

the layout was a bit convoluted with nooks and crannies, it wasn't a big deal though.

Surprising Seaside Stay

convenient location friendly staff comfy bed professional accommodation

The location was quite convenient. The beach is a short walk. Shops are also quite close. I found the free WiFi in the hotel reliable. I appreciated the friendly staff. The bedroom was notably spacious. I was impressed with the people working here. They are so helpful. Their patience while I practiced Spanish was great. The hotel gave me a room on my requested floor. This room featured a nice sea view. The hotel provides decent quality accommodation. I was happy to find a 24-hour reception. My room included an ensuite bathroom. It also had a flatscreen tv. The bed was very comfy. The personnel are always friendly. They were eager to do everything for me. When I requested a room change they accommodated me professionally. The beds were actually very comfortable. The closet provided great storage.

The air conditioning did not quite work. I wish it would have worked properly.

friendly staff clean room working air conditioning

the staff attitude it was friendly. i found the room clean when i arrived. the air conditioning worked. it was a basic room but its location was close to everything.

the shower size was small. the curtain would stick to you. the water pressure wasn't good either.

helpful staff air conditioning excellent location

the staff were very polite and helpful. i appreciated the air conditioning in my room , it was a significant advantage. the location is excellent for accessing nearby amenities.
